Club Report: Atlantic Dance Hall (Walt Disney World)

Friday night in the city and instead of heading downtown, we headed to Walt Disney World and Disney‘s only remaining owned and operated dance club, Atlantic Dance Hall.
We arrived around 10PM and walked into this!
You never know who the DJ is going to be when you come to ADH and last night it was DJ Ryan (USA).
Top 40 classics by Kesha (USA), Vengaboys (NL), Dua Lipa (GB/AL) and Rihanna (BDS) kept the dance floor active.
Back-to-back Disco songs by Abba (S) and the Bee Gees (GB) took us back our beloved 8TRAX on Pleasure Island. It also took us back to the Abba/Bee Gees Party on our cruise last month as seen here.
Line dances such as the “Cha Cha Slide” also brought the crowd to the floor.
Spotted by the stage: Fellow Pleasure Islanders Mursalat (Mannequins) & Alex (Club Motion).
Spotted on the dance floor: This group of locals and Georgia visitors.
Most of the music played at ADH comes with an accompanied music video.
This Art Deco gem is cavernous and so is the dance floor so even when there’s a crowd, it doesn’t look crowded.
Atlantic Dance Hall is one of the few clubs in the Orlando area where some of the patrons wear Mouse ears. (Editor’s Note: Atlantic Dance Hall is the only club in the Orlando area where some of the patrons wear Mouse ears.)
Atlantic Dance Hall is located at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort in Bay Lake, FL. Admission and parking are free. A good time was had by all.
