Jack In The Box Has Arrived!

We’ve been waiting a long time and it’s finally happened! The first Jack in the Box restaurant in Florida has opened! So of course we had to go check it out. Located in north suburban Longwood on SR434 a few miles east of I-4, the restaurant opened last Thursday.
The breakfast and lunch menus are both served 24/7. Yes, that means they never close! And yes, that means after a night of partying, they will be here for you!
Menu close-up. A manager told us that the full west-coast menu of this San Diego-based chain is not here yet but will be arriving soon.
My smashburger, no cheese of course. Burger: Excellent. Fries: Meh.
The chain plans 10-20 new restaurants across the Orlando area including areas like Kissimmee and Lake Nona, with more in Tallahassee and future expansions planned for Tampa, Jacksonville, and South Florida. We expect the next to open will be in Orlando along John Young Parkway at Millenia Blvd.
Because we arrived early, lines both inside and outside were short….but growing. A coworker told me that a friend of hers went there on opening night last week and it took 6.5 hours to get her food! But we’re sure a good time was had by all so come check it out!
