Opening in September, 2024, Live! At The Pointe<\/em> is a new nightclub district located along International Drive in Orlando’s Tourist district. It consists of 6 different clubs serving different music niches, some with cover charges and some without depending on the night.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
They’ve added a new stage near the entrance from the parking garage. Here we found DJ Mitch Tyler (USA) playing old and new Top 40.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Entering from the garage, you first encounter PBR Cowboy Bar<\/em> on the right side of the pathway. There can be long lines here to get in but it was pretty tame around 10PM last night.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
We didn’t actually go inside this visit but we have in the past. There’s the requisite mechanical bull.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
And Country line dances.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
On the left side of the entrance pathway you’ll find Shark Bar<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
At this early hour, virtually no one here yet.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
But the dance floor would slowly bet populated.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
DJ Kevin Eman (USA) was leading the festivities last night.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The music also older Top 40 including Hip Hop hits.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
People dancing outside too!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Moving further down the path you come to Still Lounge<\/em> by Dr, Dre (USA) and Snoop Dog (USA).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Cool wall made of record album covers are on the front wall by the bar. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Here we found DJ Cody Jared (USA).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The music mostly Hip Hop hits including Dr. Dre and Snoop Dog.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
We haven’t seen Cody Jared since 2021 at Bullitt Bar<\/em> downtown as seen in this pic from the Blog <\/em>archives.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Still Lounge<\/em> is the newest venue at Live! At The Pointe<\/em>, replacing Houndsmen Lounge<\/em> which never really found a niche. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Taverna Opa<\/em> is the oldest venue at The Pointe,<\/em> predating the conversion to a nightclub district.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
It’s primarily a Greek restaurant with a nightclub aspect to it.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
DJ Owsa (USA) was in the booth playing Greek, Latin and Reggaeton.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Most venues would kick you out if you got up on their tables and danced. At Opa<\/em>, they encourage it!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
They have belly dancers too but she was on break during our visit.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Spotted on the dance floor: DJ Pacho Berrocal (USA). We haven’t seen him since January when he opened for DJ Nicole Maudeber (GB) at The Vanguard<\/em> downtown.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Another club within the complex and also their largest is Sports & Social<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
As the name would indicate, it’s primarily a sports bar and restaurant with a huge screen displaying sporting events. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
They also have a DJ and here we found DJ Jackz (USA).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The music is mostly Top 40.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Last but hardly least, Palm Tree Club<\/em> is the House\/EDM club at Live! At The Pointe<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"

But it was not that crowded when we first arrived.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The opener was on when we first got there.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The music House & Tech House.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The early crowd as the line outside cleared entry.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Taking over next, DJ Tricade (USA).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

He looked familiar but could find no record of him within the Blog <\/em>archives. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Dance floor filling up for songs such as “House & Pressure” and “What Is Love”.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Great set; he had the floor bouncing.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Palm Tree Club<\/em> doesn’t have a shiny disco ball but they do have a shiny disco palm tree,<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

As midnight approached, dance floor became absolutely packed!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"

We last saw J.Worra when she played down on the dance floor itself at The Vanguard<\/em> in September, 2023 as shown in the photo from the Blog <\/em>archives.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
