By now you know that if we\u2019re traveling, we like to share entertainment choices in the various cities or ships we\u2019re on. We\u2019re on MSC Seashore<\/em> doing a 3-nt Spring Break cruise to the Bahamas. And of course, every cruise begins with a Sail-Away Party. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

While Orlando was sunny yesterday, Port Canaveral was cloudy and drizzly so they had to move the party from the pool deck into the ship’s multi-story atrium located on Deck 5 Forward. Didn’t matter; it was packed!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Good to see DJ Burn (RP) again on the decks playing Top 40 and Line dances.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

This ship’s animation team was here too!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Always a fun time at sail-away parties!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The Atrium <\/em>bar was doing a brisk business. Unfortunately, they no longer stock the necessary ingredients to make my favorite MSC <\/em>specialty drink, the Frozen Toblerone<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

OMG, they were so good but no longer available.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We first met DJ Burn in September, 2023 when he was the resident DJ on MSC Seaside<\/em> as seen in this Blog <\/em>archive photo. He was photographed here with MC Nicole (NAM) at the beach party at Ocean Cay, Bahamas.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

At the Sail-Away party yesterday, a good time was had by all.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
At 11PM we headed to Le Cabaret Rouge<\/em>, Deck 6\/7 Aft for the ship’s “Glow Party”.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
It’s a 3-level venue and is used for multiple purposes including as the ship’s dance club. We’re finding that most new ships no longer have a dedicated dance club but instead build rooms that can be used for more than one type of entertainment.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The club was absolutely mobbed.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The ship’s animation team was here too.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Getting low low low for “Apple Bottom Jeans”. The format was mostly Top 40 hits with a sprinkling of EDM hits too. Songs included “Party Rock”, “I Like To Move It (Move It!)” and “Don’t Stop The Party”. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Glow Party music delivered by DJ Sean (MS) but he tells us he is leaving the ship for MSC Virtuosa<\/em>. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The party would be followed by an after-party that would run until around 2AM.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
A good time was had by all.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
