So here we were back at The Arena Art Bar<\/em> last night for what was their final weekend of operation. After less than a year in business, they are sadly closing.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We arrived fashionably late to find DJ Amber Jane (USA) in the corner booth.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Playing a Breaks and Classic Dance set.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Large crowd in the club. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Spotted on the dance floor: The event last night had begun at 4PM and DJ Gruvgirl (USA) had played her set earlier. She was spotted here with Rob.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Spotted in VIP: DJ Gr3ywolf (USA) had also played earlier, spotted here with DJ J-ROK (USA).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Spotted on the dance floor: DJ Johnny Park (USA) had also played earlier, seen here with the lovely Dolly.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

DJ Burufunk (USA) came on next.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
It was a back-to-back set with DJ Keri (USA).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The two work well together with Keri providing a lot of live vocals.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Their set a mix of House and Progressive House.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Anybody who’s anybody was at this show last night!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Spotted outside: Tiffany was one of the resident bartenders when this was Suite B Lounge<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Dance floor stayed jammed!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

DJ Chris Hawk (USA) was up next.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
He opened with some more Progressive House but quickly switched it over to the genre he’s best known for…..<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Trance<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
His mostly uplifting Trance set kept the dance floor occupied.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
People dancing front and back.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Bar stayed busy too.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
We ran into lots of peeps from the local scene!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

He was playing Vocal Downtempo during our stay.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Even though it was late, no one was leaving just yet.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Noel Sanger had played here at Suite B Lounge<\/em> in 2015 as seen in this Blog <\/em>archive photo.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Above the doors, memories of when this was Suite B Lounge<\/em> and more-recently, Ann Teague’s Lamp Supply<\/em>, home to quality lighting fixtures and good cocktails.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The Arena Art Bar<\/em> as it looked last December just prior to opening. It didn’t quite make it a year but they sure did try offering great drinks, great music and great hospitality. Downtown Orlando just is not conducive to success as the City <\/em>continues to try to do all it can to put bars out of business. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
