Ladies, as that huge music festival arrives in town this weekend, you may be wondering what you should wear this year because you know how important it is to be in style. People kept asking whether we\u2019re going to do another Fashion Update article, after all, no one goes to more clubs than us! So for your safety and convenience, Orlando Entertainment News<\/em> has gone through thousands of pictures from recent festivals and put together this handy expert guide of DO<\/strong>\u2018s and DON\u2019T<\/strong>\u2018s of festival fashion. This is a joke so no flack please. Also, please note that this is unofficial information.

^ DO:<\/strong> Skimpy is good. It\u2019s going to be in the low to mid-80\u2019s (30C\u00b0) out there this year so stay cooler!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: Colorful is good. Don\u2019t be a wallflower.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: Low Rise or High Rise, short shorts are always a welcome addition to any festival.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
^ DO:<\/strong> Crop tops and booty shorts were big at recent music festivals.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: If you got it, flaunt it. Halter tops are bigger than ever!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: Costumes. We\u2019ve seen exponential growth in the wearing of costumes versus just wearing boring regular clothes. You’re going to a music festival, after all.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: Matching outfits within your krewe are increasingly popular too.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO:<\/strong> But if you don\u2019t have a krewe, even couples can match.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: Lots of silver metallic the last few years! Metallic remains a huge trend this year.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: The Full Moon look. We previously reported on the “assless chaps” trend but that was short-lived.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO:<\/strong> No waxing or waning crescents, please. Now it’s the full moon. Orlando Entertainment News<\/em> fully supports this trend. Show us what your momma gave you.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: Fans remain a top accessory to bring to the show. The clacking itself is so annoying so please clack responsibly.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: Sunglasses at night remain a top accessory choice. What a great way to show off how cool you are.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO:<\/strong> Glitter and Face Jewelry. Bring with you from home or at some festivals, they even offer a free beauty bar with a makeup artist.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: Hair Braids. Use contrasting colors. Very popular the last few years.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: Boots. Ankle boots, combat boots & knee boots, especially Doc Martens<\/em>. So popular.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: Platform boots. They\u2019re a great choice to allow you to see the DJ over the crowd standing in front of you. For the people behind you, well, that’s their problem.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: Platform sneakers\/trainers work as well.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
^ DO<\/strong>: Mis-matched shoes as well. This trend might be running out of steam though as we didn’t see it at the most-recent music festival attended.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: If you’re pregnant, show off your baby! Get that bambino into the scene right away.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DO<\/strong>: Fluffies. They have been on our DON’T list the past few years but with 90’s fashion so back in style again, we’ve actually been seeing quite a few fluffies out there the past few festivals. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DON\u2019T:<\/strong> Onsies. Yes, they’re cute and you\u2019ll see some of these in use for sure but with hot temps this weekend, we can\u2019t recommend them and you\u2019ll be miserable. And those downwind from you will be miserable.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DON\u2019T:<\/strong> Heels. Most of the festival grounds are not paved and you\u2019ll be in pain trying to walk around.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

^ DON’T<\/strong>: Crocs. We really shouldn’t have to explain this. Just don’t.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
^ DON\u2019T<\/strong>: Lastly, horizontal stripes. They can tend to make you look fat.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
