We were traveling today for Christmas and thus the delay in getting this article posted. Saturday night was a fun night which we began in downtown Winter Park at a new venue called Morse Code<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

An upscale venue, we walked into THIS!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Here we found DJ O.B. (USA) in the small booth located along the front window.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The club was pretty jammed although we were disappointed to learn the venue is just beer and wine with no liquor.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The dance floor was pretty busy during our visit.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Shift change brought Chris Hand dba DJ Knightlife (USA) into the booth.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Both DJ’s were joined by friends including DJ Mark Sanchez (USA) in this pic.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Spotted in VIP prior to his set: Chris Hand with the always-stunning Carla Hand. Someone had given them that yellow club flyer on their table…..<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The 1999 flyer was from Storm Club<\/em> in Cocoa where the DJ was listed as “Chris Hands”, lol. The late DJ Versa-Style (USA) was also listed!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Also spotted: Club veteran Anthony.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
We next moved from downtown Winter Park to downtown Orlando and club Ember<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Where we walked into THIS!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Two DJ’s were on the decks but we didn’t know either of them.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Place was packed for their mostly Hip Hop sets.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
First visit to Ember <\/em>since prior to Covid. Interesting.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Instead we headed over to The Robinson Cocktail Room<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Where we walked into THIS in the main room.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The real fun happens though in the Disco Room<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Weekend resident DJ Brio (USA) was in the booth playing mostly 70’s Disco & 80’s Top 40.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
We heard songs like “Dancing Queen” & “More Than A Woman” from the 70s’, “Girls Just Want To Have Fun”, “Vogue” & “All Night Long” from the 80’s. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The Disco Room opens after 10:30pm even though the club is open earlier and the DJ is already playing.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
You know the club is legit when they have not just one but many shiny disco balls.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Although the room had just opened, it didn’t take long for the dance floor to see activity.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
But do follow club rules!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Final stop of the night to Blog<\/em>-favorite Elixir Bar<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Where we walked into THIS on their famous outdoor dance patio.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
A fusion of House and Tech House from opener DJ Pacho Berrocal (USA).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
You could tell he was having fun up there last night.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Dance floor got jammed as midnight approached.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Spotted on the dance floor: This group of sexy Orlando .clubbers.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
And then shortly after midnight, there he was, the headliner…..<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

DJ Thunderpony (USA)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
We had last seen Thunderpony play last month on the neonGARDEN Stage <\/em>at EDC-Orlando<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Some of his selections last night were off vinyl.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Mostly non-vocal House last night during our visit.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Thunderpony is a resident DJ at Club Space<\/em> in Miami.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Dance floor was packed!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
