We began our Friday night at The Robinson<\/em> along the Pine Street bar district.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

After climbing the stairs into the 2nd floor venue, we were greeted by this packed bar.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The curtain to the separated “Disco Room” was initially closed but we stepped-in nonetheless.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Resident DJ Brio (USA) was in the booth playing light Hip Hop. I told him I thought Friday nights was 70’s Disco and 80’s Funk but he told me “No, that’s on Saturday nights.” Damn!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The curtain was later opened but only a couple initially came into the room. I’m sure it would get crowded later as it always does.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Just don’t take any “fucking snapchats”. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Next stop “The Vanguard”.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
DJ Spock Ninja (USA) was playing a mix of Trance, House and Psytrance.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
We had recently seen him play at The Nook<\/em> in Orlando’s Milk District.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The lasers were flying.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
I had walked away from my spot near the front to get a drink but by the time I returned the dance floor was packed for the headliner. He was up there somewhere, DJ Ben Nicky (GB).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

I only stayed another half hour or so as Ben Nicky played a lot of classic dance hits mixed to Trance. It was interesting and the crowd loved it.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Had to get to Grumpys Undergound<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
DJ Berto (USA) had just ended his set…..<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

With DJ Darcii Darka (USA) taking over.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

I think the night was mostly Breaks but Darcii Darka would go full-blown and superfast DnB on us!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Spotted by the bar: DJ Berto flanked by Gina and Mike.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Spotted on the dance floor: DJ Cru-Dawg (USA) discussing quantum physics with DJ Spark-D (USA).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

First time seeing Darcii Darka spinning! (More DnB tonight at Iron Cow<\/em> for those interested!)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
