Lizzy McCormack’s Irish Bar<\/em> aka Lizzy’s<\/em> has been a downtown institution since 2004. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Famous for cheap drinks and long pours, Lizzy’s<\/em> will sadly be closing down next month. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The group that runs Celine, Tier<\/em> and Elixir <\/em>will apparently be taking over the spot with unspecified changes to be made. We’re told that company is also taking over The Lodge, The Woods<\/em> and the former Embassy <\/em>location, all along Orange Avenue. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Big changes are a-coming to downtown!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
In the Top 40\/Hip Hop dominated locale known as Wall St. Plaza<\/em>, there is one venue that stands out amongst all others: Monkey Bar<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We did not know the DJ there last night but the House music set was great!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Out on their second floor outdoor balcony, just a handful had arrived at this early hour.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Even fewer inside but Monkey Bar <\/em>has always been a late-night place. The dance floor can get jammed!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Next stop, Elixir Bar<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The opener(s) were still on when we arrived; not sure if this is DJ Jack Barkin (USA) or DJ Clark Key (USA).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Out on the famous Elixir <\/em>patio, there was already quite a crowd here for House music.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The club was bouncing!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Everyone here though to see the headliner, DJ Bleu Clair (RI).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Delivering the Tech House, it’s the first time he’s played Orlando to our knowledge.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Place was jammed!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"

Time for one more stop…..Aero Bar<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Where we walked into another enthusiastic crowd!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

And Saturday night resident DJ Dominick Morrison (USA).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Fridays and Saturdays are House\/EDM at Aero <\/em>and both nights bring out the crowds.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
As a rooftop bar, at Aero <\/em>you’re literally “dancing with the stars!”<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The lasers were flying last night!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The Dom plays here every Saturday night; DJ Cliff T (USA) is here on Friday nights.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
