This is the city, Orlando, Florida. Christmas night is typically a dead night downtown but with Christmas falling on a Saturday this year, how would it be? Orlando Entertainment News<\/em> was there to find out.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Some of the downtown high-rises were dressed-up for the occasion.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Looking good.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

But Wall St. Plaza<\/em> clubs were closed as were Elixir Bar, Downtown PourHouse<\/em> and numerous other venues.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

But many were open too and you know by now if it’s at all possible on a Saturday night, we’re going to check-out Independent Bar<\/s> Barbarella<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

And just like it should be on a Saturday night, DJ Indie John (USA) was in the perch along with Lighting Tech Ernie.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Things began kind of slow on the dance floor.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
But activity picked-up for the Saturday night format of 80’s New Wave \/ Alternative.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We spotted several sets of familiar faces in the club including Jill & Jose.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Spotted by the bar: Emily with DJ Gregory B (USA).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Spotted in VIP: Karen & Jeff<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Outside, there were more people on the streets than I expected. Inside, it ended up getting surprisingly crowded for a Christmas night. A good time was had by all. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
