Saturday night in the city with only one destination in mind: Gilt Concert<\/em> Venue<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

DJ Nathan Fraze (USA) was in the booth upon arrival playing a loud EDM\/Dance set.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
He was quite animated.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
And there was already an early crowd on the dance floor.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
There were DJ shift changes every half hour with the lineup curated by Blaze Entertainment<\/a><\/em>. Before we knew it Michael Butler dba DJ Butler (USA) took over.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
DJ Butler is based in Gainesville and delivered the House.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Some of his songs had the crowd literally in a frenzy!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
And the dance floor was really filling-in.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
DJ Protaxia (USA) rounding out the openers.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Absolutely loved his set which was dominated by Top 40 and Hip Hop classics but remixed to a faster House beat! <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Only the second time seeing Protaxia. We last saw him in 2020 in the Treasure Room<\/em> at Celine Nightclub<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
It was soon 12:30AM and the crowd was getting excited for the headliner!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
DJ Marten H\u00f8rger (D).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

It was hard to get him in the booth because he kept stopping and chatting with everyone on the way up. Marten H\u00f8rger is always in a great mood and it was no different last night!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Quite animated too and chatting with the audience.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
His G-House \/ Bass House set had everyone bouncing!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Mullets are back!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
His music selections were fast and loud but never crossed over into that head-banging Heavy Bass stuff.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The lasers were flying.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
We’ve seen Marten H\u00f8rger spin twice previously; first at Mekka <\/em>for Miami Music Week<\/em> 2015.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
And again in 2018 at Peek Downtown<\/em> in Orlando. Curiously, both prior sets were Breaks so I really only knew him as a Breaks DJ rather than a House DJ. When he asked me last night where he knows me from and I reminded him of his Breaks set at Peek<\/em>, he remembered it in detail and was intrigued with it. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Marten H\u00f8rger is based in a smaller town near Stuttgart. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Not as crowded as the Alesso (S) show here last month<\/a> but hardly empty either.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Spotted on the dance floor: Rose, Anthony & Lucky<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Rose challenged any takers to show off dancing skills.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

And her new high speed Puma <\/em>platform trainers left everyone in her dust!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Such a fun night with one banger after another.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

When the set ended and the crowd yelled for “one more song”, Marten H\u00f8rger not only obliged but played for another 15 minutes before finally concluding.
