Wasn’t sure Friday night was going to happen last night as persistent late thunderstorms around Orlando made the whole night iffy. But the skies cleared and off we went to a place we haven’t visited since early this year, Eve Nightclu<\/em>b. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Located on the second floor, you access the club via this amazing silver-walled stairwell.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
DJ German (VEN) was in the booth playing Reggaeton, Salsa and Bachata.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
As this was our first stop, no one dancing yet. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Over the years we’ve seen Eve morph through several Friday night music formats including House and Hip Hop. I’ve seen their pics and it gets packed in here so if you’re looking for Latin ryhthms downtown on a Friday night, this is your place.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

And then there’s Monkey Bar<\/em>!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"

As is often the case at MB<\/em>, people will pass through and spontaneously begin to dance.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Friday\/Saturday night resident DJ Dity (USA) taking turns with Elias R.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Always a fine looking crowd here. You’ll find Monkey Bar<\/em> mostly unadvertised and hidden upstairs above WaiTiki<\/em> in Wall St. Plaza<\/em>. You’ll need to find the hidden stairs or hidden elevator to get here but it’s definitely worth the climb.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Next over to Barbarella <\/em>for their new Friday night “Discotheque” night. Yes, we’ve visited a lot lately but it’s too irresistible to miss!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

DJ Blair Sound Design (USA) was just finishing his set when we arrived.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Decent crowd on the floor for House and Nu Disco.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

DJ Panthr (USA) taking over the late shift and continuing the vibe.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
House music all night long.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The DJ booth has been moved down to the dance floor for this weekly event.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
And it was beginning to get crowded! Come check out I-Bar<\/s> Barbarella<\/em> on Friday nights!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Now on to Aero Bar<\/em> to close out the evening.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Friday night music brought to us by DJ Cliff T (USA) spotted here with Lighting Tech Kelley T.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Since Aero <\/em>is a rooftop open-air venue, it did not surprise me that the dance floor was a bit empty considering the rain earlier.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
But there was a line down on Orange Avenue waiting to get in so it didn’t take long for the floor to populate.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
And within a half hour of arrival, it was packed!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
The lasers were flying.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
As a rooftop venue, you’re literally “dancing with the stars”.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

House and EDM brings out the peeps!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

It’s Friday again, then Saturday, Sunday, what!
