Club Reports: Bösendorfer Lounge, McQueens, Bellhop, Girls In Wonderland @ Elixir

With a late-morning flight on Friday, there was time on Thursday night to check-out the city and we began at the Bösendorfer Lounge inside the Grand Bohemian Hotel.
More of a happy hour hotel bar, there was patrons scattered throughout the place.
DJ’s occasionally play here and we were hoping last night was one of those nights…but it was not.
The hotel has an amazing art gallery adjacent the lobby and some of the thought-provoking works are displayed in the lounge. Great place to start the evening.
Next stop McQueens. Bullitt Bar occupies the ground floor of the building and is themed after the 1966 action film of the that name. That filmed starred Steve McQueen and thus the name of this club that occupies both the second and third floors.
We found DJ Matthias (USA) at one end of the room playing mostly House music.
Nice crowd in the club at this early hour.
McQueens is famous for this gold skull selfie wall.
Second visit to the brand new Bellhop located along Orange Avenue adjacent Wall St. Plaza.
Here we found DJ Ricardo (USA) playing mostly House music.
Themed after a mid-20th century hotel lobby, room keys are ready for your stay and the bellhop is just a ring from that bell away.
The dance floor was seeing some activity.
So much yes!
June has arrived which in Orlando means Gay Days. We ended the evening at the “Girls In Wonderland” party at Elixir Bar.
We walked into THIS!
DJ Nela (USA) on the decks playing House initially but then migrated over to 90’s Hip Hop hits.
We were warned at the door that the party was for “girls who like girls”. But we like girls too so here we were!
Dance floor packed from the booth to well-past the outdoor bar.
They say you can never go wrong with Go Go girls.
They were right!
We’ve seen DJ Nela play previously at the EDC-Orlando preparty in 2019 as well as in clubs such as Celine.
Everywhere we went last night, a good time was had by all.
